Our client is a leading UAE Property Developer, they currently seek a Property Portfolio Manager. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Community Management will show advanced leadership, management and communication levels to cater to a range of high level and volume of audience. The Portfolio Manager shall be responsible for retaining businesses and relationship with Owners Associations, service providers, government or local authorities, developers and all stake holders who contribute towards Community Management’s business and future growth

They will be accountable for the following:

• Management of Master Communities and Owners Association
• Financial Management
• Management of Vendors and Procurement
• Master Community/Building/Site Management
• Customer Services and Communications
• Coordination
• Business Development and Relationship Management
• Preparing Reports
• Team Management

Compétences

• Degree in either Engineering or Architecture
• Professional Community Management certification
• At least 5 years on the same level of experience preferably in a medium to
large organization
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem analysis, solving and research skills
• Strong presentation skills both verbal and literal
• Ability to explain financials to committees
• Ability to provide coaching, feedback and on the job training when needed
• Strong Owners Association Experience

*Knowledge of Strata Law is essential
