About the Business:



A new company within the Al Futtaim group entitled "Al Futtaim Vehicle Rentals LLC" is being set up in Qatar to manage the rental of vehicles & the provision of driven services. This operation will be based in Doha with local management working in tandem with management & operational support provided by Al Futtaim Group UAE.

Job Purpose:


To provide maximum support to AVR business working in close relationship with the Ministries, Traffic Department and Police ensuring all the relevant documentation is provided to adhere to the Qatar rules and legislations.

Compétences

Key Accountabilities:


* To work closely with the Lease and Rental departments to ensure all Police cases are submitted to the police in a timely manner
* To develop relationships with the Police and government authorities to ensure that AVR can effectively manage their fleet
* To support the business by working closely with the courts in the renewal of Power of Attorney for Qatar
* Support other PRO's within the team with other areas of business including Trade License applications, Labour of Ministry applications and any other issues related to AVR and outside agencies
* To work closely with the Traffic Authorities and Police updating the business on all new rules and regulations that affect our business
