    Ensure that retailer services teams are achieving designated revenue target
    Build and enhance relationships with Retailers to entangle them and ensure continued co-operation, containing costs and / or method of data delivery to improve data quality
    Co-ordinate with Area Operations teams to fulfil all data agreements for allocated Retailers and to achieve client requirements
    Align own/ team members’ activities with the Regional Client manager’s plan for each client across Middle East North Africa Pakistan as appropriate
    Ensure team members are appropriately trained, provide coaching, ensure knowledge, experience and best-demonstrated practice are shared across the Area to ensure results are achieved using appropriate centrally created Retailer Services policies, processes and tools
    Promote Retailer Services externally through presentations at conferences and similar external events as well as internally contribute to Retailer Services knowledge management throughout Nielsen
    Ensure that Retailer Services client satisfaction is improved steadily across the Area to an excelling level
    Effectively manage own teams within the Area Retailer Services department by contributing to annual business planning/ budgets, controlling expenditures, forecasting etc.
    Balance client workload requirements between teams and across geographies

    Compétences

    5 to 10 years commercial/ retailing experience. 5 to 10 years commercial/ retailing experience.
    Very strong understanding of Retailer industry, their processes, the way they do business, store development policy and Retailer related associations
    Good understanding of FMCG, FMDG, consumer behaviour and industry/ consumer
    Understanding of manufacturer clients
    Good general business acumen
    People management skills, demonstrable ability to achieve results through others, to motivate and inspire and to coach individuals to develop/ realise their potential
    Excellent analytical skills and presentation skills
    Sound negotiation skills.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
