Our client is opening a Rooftop Bar/Restaurant, a completely new operation, in a 5 star hotel location in Dubai that will become one of the cities hottest nightlife destinations.

The Bar will focus on food service, quality beverage and outstanding service and the management of the outlet will be suitable for a candidate with a history of food service within a fast paced environment and can handle the pressure of being in a highly visible position.

The company own a number of VIP/Luxury Bars and Nightclubs and the Rooftop Bar/Restaurant will become another "must see" within the Dubai Nightlife/Entertainment offering.

This project will be opening in October 2012 and recruitment for senior positions will be late August & September 2012.

Compétences

The Outlet Manager will have the following experience:

- minimum 2 years management at outlet or operations level
- minimum 6 years hospitality experience within food service (not just bars and alcohol!), they must know how to shift food from the pass to the floor!
- worked in similar restaurant and bar operations
- worked in locations such as: South Africa, Australia, South of France, London, Italy - locations that have "Al Fresco" dining attitudes and rooftop bars
