Sales Engineer / Business Development – Piling Sections, Machinery and Equipment

Our Company is one of the world’s leading integrated suppliers of marine and civil engineering solutions. We supply piling sections, machinery and equipment and provide our customers with all-inclusive service: sale, hire and installment purchase of sheet piles, driving, extracting, drilling and press equipment, anchor equipment, trench shoring products and flood protection systems.

Currently we are looking to recruit a Sales Engineer with the focus on the business development in the area of infrastructure and specialized civil engineering projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, a proven track record within the steel supply and/or civil engineering sector for a minimum of eight (8) years:

- Can successfully promote our products and services
- To follow up the existing clients in the marine and civil engineering sectors.
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused, sales professional who can help us build our customer base
- Maintain contacts with established customers and source new business through prospecting for new accounts as well as managing an existing customer base
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Capable of explaining all the technical information of the products as well as communicating the mode of use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way
- Ability to organize joint visits with principles and suppliers to several clients in a region
- Analyze competition activities
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Compétences

- Excellent business acumen

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in the construction sector in particular in piling works and deep foundations
- Previous experience in the Industry sector and GCC countries is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and persuading skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Driving License is a must
- Fluent in English & Arabic

Formation

Civil Engineer or equivalent / In-depth studies in Mechanics and Foundation Engeneering is a plus
