Senior Mechanical Engineer

Review, approve and implement all mechanical engineering standards, policies and procedures Direct and monitor all personnel activities within site technical team, including manpower forecasting, staff assignments and performance reviews. Oversee the coordination and development of engineering plans and specification between other technical teams of the subcontractor as well as the architectural & structural technical team on site. Expedite workflow according to the updated plan. Determine the appropriate national and international codes, regulations and requirements for Shamiya project by the concerned parties, municipality, civil defence, and so on. Manage the site mechanical technical team, develop objectives and ensure that his team and the subcontractor’s team have an appropriate project understanding. Ensure that inspection requests for materials are duly signed by the sub-contractor and to check that the material corresponds to the approved relevant material submittal, prior to his approval. Take leadership of, and provide direction to the site technical team to manage and ensure resolution of problems.

Compétences

Major in Mechanical Engineering
15 years of experience and above
Fluent English, Native Arabic is preferable.
High level of Leadership, Collaboration, Team Management, Organizational Skills and Time management Reporting to the project Manager
