Description du poste
- Specialized in at least one or two zones in Dubai
- Prepare monthly zone bulletin (trends and information)
- Communicate with leads and follow up professionally
- Develop a strong relationship with customers and owners
- Complete handling of sales lifecycle
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Work closely with Marketing team to enhance listing
- Work closely with Listing agents
Compétences
- At least 3 years work experience in Dubai Real Estate market
- University graduated
- Professionally presentable
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work with tight schedules
- High sales aptitude - scientifically measured
- Reference letters from previous employers
