Demonstrate & recommend products to optimize sales while offering excellent customer service. Support management at all times whilst acting in accordance Company Policies & Procedures.

* Ensure sales area is clean, presentable, fully stocked & compliant to brand/Company Policies & Procedures.
* Seek & maintain product knowledge & assist in the coaching of new & existing colleagues.
* Advise/recommend & coach customers. Deliver customer care & service that is consistent with the brand values.
* Actively participate in product launches in order to attract new customers.
* Responsible for all administration & document completion.
* Responsible for actively seeking ways to maximize sales & achieve targets at every opportunity.
