    Managing all phases of showroom operations to ensure meeting of Sales (topline), Gross Margin and Business Plan objectives. These objectives to be achieved by; presenting the showroom along the lines of desired positioning, outstanding customer service, coordination with principals and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations at installation stage, and exceptional service throughout the customer journey with the showroom. Coordinate with all internal departments, installation teams to ensure all customer commitments are met. Manage, motivate and monitor the Design and Sales team by coaching, training and monitoring their activities & requirements, thereby ensuring achievement of their individual Sales and Gross Margin objectives. Maximize quality customer flow to the showroom by proposing and implementing various marketing activities. Ensure showroom upkeep by adhering to merchandising guidelines strictly. Ensure that all MIS and reports are submitted on time. Competitor activities and promotions will be monitored constantly and reported to take appropriate action.


    • Sales and Management aptitude in a retail environment.
    • Working knowledge of Kitchen Design Softwares.
    • Customer conversion orientation.
    Natural leadership to ensure continuous improvement of performance of the team.
    • An eye for detail and an aptitude towards designs.

    3 – 5 Years at a Managerial level within retailing environment, preferably in Kitchen industry.

    US$ 3000 to US$ 4000 per month with attractive Bonuses.
