Candidate will be responsible of
- Installing, configuring a software solution at client side
- Gather the client requirements and installation parameters
- Apply user requirements at client side
- Train Customer staff on use, mange and troubleshoot application runs
- Monitor running applications at client side
- problem solving, passing problems and new requirements to the company ustomer support staff
Compétences
Familiar with Microsoft Windows application
Business knowledge especially in implementing ERP systems, and / or Hospital Information Systems
