• To be the Design support within the Product Development department, to ensure that Designs & product link up with the needs of the market and fulfill the design briefs submitted by Product Manager and clients.
• Seasonal Range Development based on the Range Plan.
• Analyzing in Silhouttes, Fabric, trims, Techniques and packaging
• Conduct Market Research.
• Develop product ranges based around a core theme
• Construct product ranges specific to client requirements
• Provide instant design service to enable customers to visualize ranges in their specific colors
• Create technical packs for the Products.
• Working with Product manager to ensure product design meets the design brief criteria
• Developing patterns and garment fits.
• Adapting designs to suit mass production
• Generate Graphic Design creative’s to support sponsorship pitches, advertising pitches and in house communications
• Developing CADS and supporting variety of Product categories.
