Description du poste
Accountability for safety, quality and productivity
Management of day to day site operations
Management of a team of 30 erectors
Planning and scheduling steel erection on a daily/weekly basis
Coordination with Client representative
Coordination with factory on site deliveries
Reporting on erection output on regular basis
This job requires proper communication (in English) with the client engineers and the consultant.
Compétences
Degree in an engineering discipline (diploma minimum)
Structural steel erection experience
Planning and organizational skills
Communication skills
Ability to lead a group of erectors on site
Strong knowledge of steel fabrication
Good command of the English language
UAE Driving license
Ability to join immediately will be useful
Formation
