You will ensure that all maintenance tasks carried out on technical infrastructure, fixtures and equipment are carried out in such a manner to, maximize availability and asset life.You will be the key interface with base maintenance management and will ensure compliance on technical standards and monitor the workmanship of contractors. As well as being responsible for supplier management you will also monitor service delivery and the performance management process for all suppliers, provide reports and review procedures in line with current legislation.

Compétences

To be successful in this role you must have

 Bachelor's degree- Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
 Business Service Delivery or Higher National Diploma or Equivalent
 NEBOSHH or equivalent H&S and Environmental qualification


You will also have at least 7 years job related experience and will have worked in building services, an operational environment or in properties/facilities management. As well as a working knowledge of health and safety requirements you should have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English. Experience of MS Office, Autocad and MS Project is essential. Aviation or industrial experience would be highly advantageous.
