About the Job:

In this role you will have following responsibilities:

- Ensure customers' vehicles are Fixed Right,the First Time
- Keep work areas orderly, clean and safe all the time.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems by following proper diagnostic procedure.
- Ability to perform repairs by using Special Service Tools, Diagnostic tools and Repair manuals.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair estimations on bikes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- To be a team leader as and when required and guide Co-Technicians
- Produce consistently high quality of work to ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
- Using tools and adopting best practices as mentioned in service manuals
- Read and analyze mechanical drawings & electrical schematics.
- Use Service checklist where applicable and available.
- While attending jobs in the workshop be proactive and identify potential problem cause

We would prefer to receive applications from those candidates who have worked in their current company for more than 2 years or those candidate in visit visa with experience in working with motorcycles.

Compétences

About You:

In order to be successful in this role, you should have the following skills, qualification or experience:

- At least High School graduate with a Technical degree/diploma will be an added advantage
- 1 - 2 years experience as Motorcycle Technician is a must
- Accredited as an automotive Technician (Diploma/Certificate or Technical Trainings from any Auto Manufacturer)
