    About the Job:


    We are currently looking to recruit a Temporary HR Assistant to join our Marks & Spencer team based in Dubai Festival City.  Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:

    * Updating Organisational structure (Org chart management)
    * Maintaining computer and paper based personnel files and archive
    Policy and procedure maintenance
    * Processing Training record and matrix updates, handling invoice reconciliation
    * Coordinating Recruitment interview for HRBP in conjunction with the Recruitment Team
    * Producing reports and data as required
    * Preparing site or departmental communications
    * Dealing with adhoc and general HR queries

    Compétences

    About You:


    To apply for the role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:
    * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
    * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 
    * Previous working experience with SAP would be an added benefit
    * Excellent planning and organizational skills
    * Excellent administration and record-keeping skills
    * Ability to prioritise workload to meet changing needs within the team
    * High standards and attention to detail
    * Self motivated and a team player
    * Willingness and enthusiasm to succeed
