Description du poste
•Supports the Sales Department Manager in the preparation of realistic sales targets. •Achieves all quantitative and qualitative sales objectives established and agreed with the Sales Manager. •Coordinates with the Sales Manager for preparing the commercial approach with dealers. •Nurtures the company’s relations with dealers, and establishes / reinforces personal and company credibility. •As applicable, assists dealers in their development [technical know-how, level of sophistication, product display in their showrooms, geographical expansion (where applicable and feasible), etc.] to reinforce the spirit of partnership. •Monitors his clients’ performance in terms of growth, share of wallet, collection track record, and abidance by GB Auto standards. •Identifies and develops relations with new clients. •Ensures that product orders placed by clients are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner, and updates dealers on their status. •Is actively involved in the management of complaints filed by clients. •Supervises the collection of due receivables from clients, and as needed, gets involved to resolve any issues in the collection process (delays in collection, checks that are rejected by banks, etc.) •Prepares all required reports and statistics on his activity in a timely and accurate manner. •Ensures proper self time-management, including spending sufficient time in the market (more than 90%).

•Education : Applicable diploma or equivalent work experience •Language: Excellent command of written and spoken French. •Minimum years of experience: 5 •Appropriate Communication and Negotiation skills. •Excellent presentation and administration skills.
