• Ensure sales opportunities are identified and followed through.
• Generate sales between the company trade lanes which is Hong Kong to Dubai, South Africa to Dubai, Spain to Dubai and Dubai to all these three locations.
• Profitably sell the company products to customers.
• Meet the sales goals, as communicated by the Management.
• Prepare sales plan to achieve targets and to achieve good conversion rates.
• Ensure good working relationship with customers and ensure full satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations team to ensure timely completion of contractual obligations as agreed with customers.
• Maintain good contact and cooperation with Operations Team
• To provide complete/accurate and timely information/shipping instructions to Operations Team.
• Coordination of activities with Customers, Operations staff, Managers, suppliers etc., to ensure that the customer is given the best service.
• Manage complaints, recording details and ensuring customers receive a timely response.
• Prepare Sales Reports & Statistics
• Follow-up and ensure the collection of outstanding amount from clients.
• Maintain regular contact with Lines (Air & Shipping) to ensure good rates, space allocation and for rate negotiation.
• Develop Client - Vendor relationship

Compétences

• Graduate having minimum 3 years in Freight Forwarding Market with a proven track record
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
• Having valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Having through knowledge of processes and procedures involved in Freight Forwarding
• Have trade lane experience
