    The Division:


    Logistics - Retail is dynamic - buying habits, markets and trends can change almost overnight. That's why we have a far-reaching infrastructure to support our retail outlets. Systems are in place to ensure that our fastest selling lines are continually replenished. We've made multi-million dollar investments with a capacity to fulfill our growing requirement throughout the region

    The Role:

    Promote the logistics division and culture through the use of targeted training activities. Works closely with the logistics division in order to identify where focus on product knowledge and process understanding will foster a strong brand identity. Assist in design, development and implementation of training activities related to new or revised processes within the Distribution centre.

    Compétences

    Responsibilities:


    - Develop content of programmes to meet the training needs of the Logistics division.

    -
    Work closely with management in assessing training/development requirements & consult with the customer in order to manage expectations & consistently manage company standards


    -
    Coordinate project team meetings and work in cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of programs


    -
    Utilize instructional design methodologies to design and develop solutions for an automated distribution centre.


    - Deliver development training & support the roll out of programmes. Make recommendations for continuous improvement.

    -
    Evaluate & monitor effectiveness of training. Measure evaluation of training delivery. Provide reports to substantiate professional standards are maintained.


    - Ensure delivery of all training is within the training budget and maximizes cost effectiveness

    - Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
