The Program duration will be 6 months long and will focus to develop the behavioral and technical skills, along
with on the job rotation across all bank business areas, giving hands-on experience and qualifying the trainees to
become professional bankers in short term. The trainees will receive concrete exposure to corporate banking,
retail banking, risk management, and treasury.
