Sales Executive Job

The key objective is to target and identify the potential leads to visit and introduce our Products and Services, especially for the projects to increase the business volume.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Develop, Recommend and Implement New Sales & Marketing Strategies after the approval of GM.
2- Should Target and Visit Medium/Large Local & Multi-National Companies / Consultants / Landlords etc. to introduce company’s services.
3- Get business leads for the potential new projects to generate sales.
4- By dedicated marketing efforts increase the volume of company’s sales.
5- Coordinate with Design & Bidding Department for the space planning / design and quotations for new clients/projects.
6- Submit individual Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports.
7- Submit sales & marketing department’s Monthly report.
8- Will be Responsible to meet and beat the Sales Targets.
9- Dedicated and career-oriented, and looking for a medium to long-term career opportunity.

Data Entry Operator(EDP/ Jahra Warehouse) Job - Alghanim Industries

In Charge of Data Entry Operations in Alghanim Industries/Gulf Trading and Refrigerating Company(GTRC) Data Entry of TGRs and CGRs
•Write-off/ Inter-warehouse Transfers
•Printing/Distribution/Confirmation of Packing List
•Print Delivery Note/Invoice
•Confirm Delivery Note & Post Invoices
•Processing &Printing of Invoices& credit notes
•Attach LPOs to Delivery Notes/invoices
•Assist L500 functions such as adjust printer &distribute pick list & keep control/records of Picklist & Delivery Notes issued to warehouse for delivery
•Maintain W/off-on File in proper order
•Process daily invoice register and management stock report
•Assist/help in data entry of van invoices when required
•Data entry/email Vans requisitions in XL format
•Reconciliation of Philips stock/transactions between Sage L500& Jahra warehouse system
•Help Desk
