Maintain the dbase and coordinate with HO/Sponsorship to assure that demobilized/inactive Project employees are removed from MOSAL files.
Generate analyzed reports to Project Mgmt in terms of residencies expiry and its renewal progress.
Coordinate with Project Support to assure employees’ residencies are renewed prior to their scheduled vacations.
Escalate any delays/shortcomings observed in sponsorship related activities to Project Mgmt. ahead of time and follow up until issues are resolved.
Communicate and act as Liaison- if designated by Project Manager- between camps and HO by delivering and receiving all governmental documents related to Project employees’ Sponsorship, while assuring packages of such for Sponsorship activities are prepared and tracked correctly to assure all Project employees have valid residency and Civil IDs.
