• To define different HR roles & responsibilities and to develop the internal communication and to support line management to guarantee that employees assume their responsibilities and perform in a professional manner up the standards of the company.
• To allocate HR resources and to establish a plan of developing the knowledge, the capacities and aptitudes of the employees to the needs of the business.
• To manage, organize and lead the HR team to improve the competition of human resources inside the organization.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Recruiting:
- To design Job descriptions, Job profiles
- Place advertisement/ activate head hunter
- Review applications, conduct interviews, align with line
management, design compensation package, submit job
offer
- Design/ monitor introduction program
- Conduct performance review at end of trial period

• Performance Review:
- Initiate/ supervise yearly process
- Advise/ train/ coach line management

• Training:
- Analyze training needs
- Design/ select programs (in line with training budget)
Organize/ coordinate training courses
- Follow up trainings (evaluation etc.)

• MRP:
- Prepare Succession plan, align with MT
- Align / discuss with CHR (gateway)
- Follow up development actions
- Define Talents & underperformance, deduce respective
actions

• Compensation & Benefits:
- Participate in yearly salary surveys, analyse results
- Review pay strategy annually
- Ensure fair & timely remuneration
- Develop/ Implement/ administrate incentives programs

• EMS:
- Communicate before, during and after EMS with
employees and management
- Administer / monitor process
- Prepare/ align/ conduct communication
- Develop / follow up action plans

• Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with ( labour ) laws & internal regulations

• Communication:
Communicate with employees regularly, share MT
decision, quarterly Newsletter
