Assist the SWE in managing Health Safety and Environmental performance of all operations under his/her control in compliance with PDO HSE Management System (CP122) and the Well Engineering specific HSE Policies and Procedures.
Engineering design of wells, taking into account well integrity, Asset Team objectives, past experience and Well Engineering standards.
Implementation of the RDTL, EDTL (Revitalization Delivering the Limit) process during drilling program execution, to optimise the operational and technical performance.

Candidate Requirements-

University Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Well Engineering operations with minimum 4 years’ experience as drilling supervisor.
Valid IWCF certification.

Job Description-

Our client is currently hiring a number of Drilling Supervisors who should act as the Company Representative on the rig site and will be responsible for the safe and cost-efficient execution of all drilling or work over related activities in accordance with the programme. They will report to the coastal-based Senior Well Engineer.

The role involves construction and delivery of high quality wells by drilling, working over and/or completing wells as per programme in a cost effective and safe manner, management of the wellsite organisation (Wellsite Well Engineer, Drilling Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Service Companies); in order to deliver wells in the most efficient manner.

Other responsibilities will be management of the operations carried out by the rig under his control, following the drilling or work over programmes and according to the company and Well Engineering standards or implementation of DTL process during drilling program execution and promote DTL working culture among the wellsite team to continuously improve historical performance year on year.

Candidate Requirements-

University Degree in Engineering or Sciences.

The Reservoir Planning Engineer will be assigned in a multi-disciplined Reservoir Management Team to provide coordination and technical (primarily reservoir engineering) support towards the various corporate planning and reporting efforts, strategic and business development opportunities, and studies designed to support the development program. As part of the planning effort, the candidate will perform a liaison role with the Planning Group to assure that their information requirements are fulfilled. The candidate will coordinate and compile requirements for the partners and MOG(Ministry of Oil and Gas).

The Reservoir Planning Engineer responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Coordinate and compile Subsurface-related information for the Block 9/27 rate forecasting, reserves reporting, budgeting, and capital post-audit effort.
· Perform liaison role with the Planning Group and fulfill their information request.
· Coordinate and compile requirements for the partners and MOG which includes the various mandatory annual and semi-annual meetings.
· Complete the various internal and external monthly reporting requirements.
· Provide reservoir engineering and economics support for strategic and new business development opportunities
· Complete reservoir studies in support of the development program.

Requirements (Minimum education required, background, experience, skills)
· Bachelor Degree in engineering discipline.
· Minimum of 10 years of reservoir engineering experience.
· Proficiency in reservoir engineering and waterflood management concepts and tools.
· Proficiency in performing economic evaluations of development projects including risk analysis.
· Knowledge of and experience with reserves evaluation, booking, and SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers) guidelines.
· Strong project coordination/management and mentoring skills.
· Ability to interact effectively with team members and outside parties.
· Familiarity with OFM (Oil Field Manager) software is desirable.
