4. برمجة وتوقيت مواعيد صدور تقارير الانضباط و الرواتب والعلاوات والترقيات وانهاء الخدمة وغيرها من الاجراءات النظامية، والقيام بالاتصالات اللازمة مع المسؤولين عن بدء الإجراء او الموافقة عليه .
5. اعداد كشوف الرواتب والأجور الشهرية، وإدخال الزيادات والخصومات والتعديلات عليها و كل ما يترتب للموظفين أو عليهم من مستحقات جارية او طارئة، واعتمادها.
6. إعداد الخطابات والنماذج الخاصة بأمور شؤون الموظفين.
7. تنفيذ الإجراءات الخاصة بإنهاء خدمات الموظفين ووقف الرواتب وعمل مذكرات لصرف النقدية وفق اللوائح المعتمدة.
8. المشاركة في إعداد وتحديث أدلة الوصف الوظيفي للوظائف المختلفة وإعداد وتحديث الأدلة الخاصة بالسياسات والأنظمة واللوائح الإدارية والتعليمات الداخلية.
9. الإعلان عن الوظائف الشاغرة بالجمعية ضمن الوسائل المعتمدة من قبل الإدارة لذلك بعد اعتماد المدير المباشر.
10. تدقيق طلبات التوظيف ومتابعتها والموافقة عليها وتحويلها للاعتماد حسب لائحة الصلاحيات.
11. إعداد خطاب بمباشرة الموظف للعمل من تاريخ مباشرته للعمل واعتماده من المدير العام
12. حصر وتعميم المتطلبات القانونية من كل موظف، والاشراف على تحقيق هذه المتطلبات في مواعيدها، وتحويل ما يحتاج لمعاملات لدى الدوائر الحكومية والرسمية إلى مدير المكتب التنفيذي.
13. الرفع بالموظفين الجدد لقسم تقنية المعلومات لإعداد بريد إلكتروني ، أو حذفه وإيقافه في حال انتهاء عمل الموظف
14. إعداد قوائم لأغراض التوظيف الموسمي، تحديث قوائم العاملين الموسمين بشكل دوري، والعمل على إعداد قائمة المائة وتحديثها دورياً.
