Middleware Developer is responsible for Design and Develop Middleware services as business required or technical changes. This role is not limited to development and can do administration work on the IBM WebSphere Message Broker on different platforms (Windows, UNIX, Zlinux or Mainframe).

This role will work with other functional teams, including the Business and IT to gather and understand the requirements clearly.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure the adherence to a standard Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Gather required changes upon the business or technical changes needed.
• Developing and maintain Middleware Technical Design Documents.
• Develop or Modify Middleware Services (Message Flows).
• Maintenance and Support all environments.
• Troubleshoots problems until maintenance works are complete in SLA time.
• Will be on call outside of normal work hours for any emergencies or service interruptions.
• Will work outside of normal hours on any planned major activities that require evening or weekends.
• The Job holder is obliged to abide by any instructions furnished by his Manager with respect to the scope of work.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• +5 years of related experience with +3 years experience in development application integration.
• A proven track record of high performance with a minimum of 3+ years of increasing development responsibility.
• An in-depth understanding and mastery of broad technical areas is required to integrate all system application activities.
• Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with all stake holders (business users and IT leadership).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERED

• Expert or Knowledge on the Banking Businesses.
• Expert or Knowledge on IBM WebSphere products:
• WebSphere Rational ClearQuest,

JOB PURPOSE:

Customer Management

· Personally penetrate the customer vertically and horizontally to build strong, professional relationships that can be leveraged to gain commitment to the proposed plans. Additionally, lead and coordinate other filed managed accounts by supporting the Regional Managers in their penetration within the allocated accounts.

· Undertake an annual business review with the customer that involves all relevant personnel, reviews what has worked and presents the year ahead at a strategic level.

 Facilitates the implementation of HSE procedures and controls covering across Al Arrab operations ensuring that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
 Leads incident investigation teams to explore root cause of the accidents and provides recommendations to prevent recurrence of accidents.
 Analyses and reviews the near miss reports for incidents to ensure that the proper enhancements and improvements for the HSE systems and processes are suggested developed and implemented.
 Visits sites periodically to ensure compliance with defined standards and initiates investigations to all types of accidents while reporting any non conformances to the management.
 Conducts detailed analysis of all Al Arrab’s operations and new project activities with potentially significant risk, prior to commencement to ensure that the risk is assessed and measures are suggested to control and minimize this risk during implementation.

Nature of the Work
• Contacting prospective clients over the phone via an outbound call, with the aim of ultimately selling our product or service
• To provide qualified sales lead to the Business Development Team to ensure the department is able to meet growth targets.
• Must know everything they can about the products they are selling to be better equipped to explain products and services to their customers.
• Recording customer information. This not only includes name, address, phone number, and so forth, but also reactions to products by prospective customers. Most of this information is entered into a database during the call.

Telemarketing
• Cold calling into CRM data base with a minimum of 1,500 dials a week.
• Record all the data in CRM. Follow the company sales playbook for moving a suspect to prospect status and work with Sales to have all qualified leads assigned to Business Development Representatives.
• Establish a report for lead tracking and status to management
• Participate in meetings and take responsibility for telemarketing improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
