Middleware Developer is responsible for Design and Develop Middleware services as business required or technical changes. This role is not limited to development and can do administration work on the IBM WebSphere Message Broker on different platforms (Windows, UNIX, Zlinux or Mainframe).

This role will work with other functional teams, including the Business and IT to gather and understand the requirements clearly.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure the adherence to a standard Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Gather required changes upon the business or technical changes needed.
• Developing and maintain Middleware Technical Design Documents.
• Develop or Modify Middleware Services (Message Flows).
• Maintenance and Support all environments.
• Troubleshoots problems until maintenance works are complete in SLA time.
• Will be on call outside of normal work hours for any emergencies or service interruptions.
• Will work outside of normal hours on any planned major activities that require evening or weekends.
• The Job holder is obliged to abide by any instructions furnished by his Manager with respect to the scope of work.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• +5 years of related experience with +3 years experience in development application integration.
• A proven track record of high performance with a minimum of 3+ years of increasing development responsibility.
• An in-depth understanding and mastery of broad technical areas is required to integrate all system application activities.
• Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with all stake holders (business users and IT leadership).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERED

• Expert or Knowledge on the Banking Businesses.
• Expert or Knowledge on IBM WebSphere products:
• WebSphere Rational ClearQuest,
• WebSphere Rational ClearCase,

To implement the Credit Policy. Lead Credit Committee and deliver drive KPI's. Maintain strong credit controls. Support Finance Operations function with accurate and timely management reporting. Collaborate and optimize MIS.

Customer Management

· Personally penetrate the customer vertically and horizontally to build strong, professional relationships that can be leveraged to gain commitment to the proposed plans. Additionally, lead and coordinate other filed managed accounts by supporting the Regional Managers in their penetration within the allocated accounts.

· Undertake an annual business review with the customer that involves all relevant personnel, reviews what has worked and presents the year ahead at a strategic level.

· Gain commitment from key customer decision makers to the account plan initially and on an on-going basis.

· Develop an excellent Business Relation with Customer Head Office Team & SSFL Management Team as well as at Stores Levels.

· Agree with Customers for listing all new SKU's in Customers systems on time & as per CDA term.

Field Communication / Support for Execution Team

· Ensure that all customer investment breaks even and delivers the best available business impact for SSFL.

· Ensure that customer pricing/ CDA terms are agreed to support the agreed business goals, based on Principles and that any changes are based upon an objective business case and are approved by SSFL Management.

•Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
•Ensure preparation of shop drawings, Material submittals and As-built drawing.
•Prepare technical inputs for inquiries
•Liaise with drafting coordinator for detailed drawing preparation
•Supervise construction of project and check supplied materials, works of contractors relevant to adherence to company standard
•List down all the deficiencies and approve rectification on reported deficiencies.
