Marketing Supervisor - Eastern Motors - Al Fahim Group

The job holder is responsible for implementation of Eastern Motors annual marketing strategy and plans ensuring compliance with the Group’s marketing goals and objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Works closely with the line manager and Group Marketing Department in agreeing upon yearly marketing plan for EM.

Manages in conjunction with the Group Marketing Department all aspects of Eastern Motor’s above and below the line marketing activities, including PR, CSR, web and social media requirements, mail outs, email blasts and SMS campaigns

Constantly monitors effectiveness of executed marketing activities in generating showroom traffic. Generates and analyzes department wise ROI, highlights issues and opportunities to the management

Coordinates with principal representative (as applicable) to ensure that reimbursements related to principal sponsored marketing activities are collected in time and expenses are accordingly reconciled

Plans, develops and manages new models local launches together with the Group Marketing Dept.

Ensures that Eastern Motors is represented and promoted in Al Ain based media, sponsorship activities, community organizations, local and other networking events to increase brand awareness. This also includes managing EM’s participation in annual major events e.g. jeep jamborees, Al Ain Motor Show, Al Ain Air Show etc.

Develops and maintains strong working relationships with local partners for efficient management of “local partner agreement”

Ensuring ongoing maintenance of partnership agreements with local partners and making sure that these partnerships are maximized to both parties benefit. This includes liaising with local partners for product placement, displays at their locations, events etc to increase awareness

Negotiates (where applicable) rates with local suppliers in order to economically arrange for material required to execute local events

Ensures that company’s website remains updated with latest news and activities. This also includes ensuring search engines optimization for company’s website.

Constantly reviews and analyzes enquiries at Eastern Motors to provide further insight on effectiveness of current marketing campaigns.

Provides recommendations for the type, style and media channel for new campaigns and promotions to maximize coverage and ROI by analyzing local market needs, customer traffic, market share, competitors’ activities, new arrivals, product launches, etc

Liaises with local publications for vehicle reviews to increase product awareness.

Coordinates with Group’s Marketing Department on handling media responses and requirements ensuring compliance with the Group’s communication policies, protocol and standards.

Ensures that POS material and/or literature is maintained and updated in customer facing areas facilitating customers’ access to latest information. Ensures that adequate campaign material is also available in all areas of showroom to increase enquiries and sales opportunities.

Liaises where necessary, with sister automotive companies quality representatives and the principal to ensure that all Eastern Motors facilities meet the principal’s CI requirements. This also includes ensuring that showroom display remains in compliance with CI guidelines at all times.

Assists in the preparation and execution of dealer standard audits

Assists in data hygiene checks including conducting training of employees using automotive database management system to ensure data integrity

Job Purpose:

Responsible for all functions related to the storage and distribution of stock/Non Stock items in the store/warehouse. Audio Visual (AV) System Administrator - United Arab Emirates University

 The AV System Administrator is responsible for direct, time-sensitive administration & support of Audio Visual & presentation backend critical infrastructure which is facilitating and providing United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) classrooms, computer labs, online instruction, and on-campus special events. Specifically responsible for assisting with the installation, configuring, operating, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of centralized multimedia servers, equipment used throughout the UAEU Campuses. Serving as a consultant and liaison for AV / IT support specialist & technician to develop / support their field experience. Providing administration & support for recording and streaming/on-demand technology requests and supplying ongoing usage analysis and process improvement for audiovisual services. Effective communication and coordination with other departments, faculty, students and staff members, clients, office administrators, outside vendors and contractors is an essential part of this position. Individual need to ensure that all AV enterprise system servers and centralized equipment are performing at optimal and reliable levels and all service issues are addressed, evaluated, and remediated on a timely basis.
 Provide a high level backend advanced technical consultation and support to Set-up, operate, manage and troubleshoot all AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment, devices, and related system servers including classroom, IP TV, digital signage, presentations and conferences technology.
 Provide a very proactive assistance to class room technology and relevant infrastructure and ensure the stability and reliability of relevant systems operations.
 Present, develop and configure AV technology to UAEU community in a more user friendly format instead of being more complex.
 Ensure multimedia servers, equipment are fully operational, being repaired or cleaned when necessary.
 Assist and instruct AV Support specialists, technicians, guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment, up-sell different AV services, and monitor equipment operation at appropriate intervals.
 Develop manuals, tutorials, workbooks, or related materials for use in conjunction with production materials or for training.
 Responsible of possible changes/upgrades that would make the UAEU’s particular system more secure and/or convenient or enhance the performance and efficiency.
 Prompt response to system, equipment failure and provide effective repair, troubleshoot technology and community usability issues of on campus teaching and learning environments.
 Perform daily monitoring, periodic inspection and lead the preventive maintenance tasks of all responsible multimedia system’s hardware, software and associated resources.
 Assist with the coordination of AV support for enterprise events held at public facilities, which may include interaction with vendors and other facility support staff.
 Manage / monitor the operation of digital video cameras to record UAEU programs and events, video and audio tape duplication.
 Assistance with maintaining a thorough inventory of A/V equipment and supplies, and monitoring the repair and replacement of non-working, damaged and/or obsolete equipment.
 Perform on site technical surveys to determine the technical requirements of the academic, administrative activities and for events. Document the findings of the site survey to include technical write ups, responses to technical RFP’s/RFQ’s and Results.
 Working with IT Systems Engineers and server teams to coordinate in the diagnosis and rectification of faults to ensure that all systems are fully functional and that equipment and system down time are kept to a minimum.
 To ensure all work is performed according to the agreed standards and that quality techniques are practiced.
 Provide service updates and reports to senior management as required.

•Manage the administration and delivery of multimedia services at all UAEU campuses. •Develops and maintains monthly metrics for production services, including performance against SLAs, problem statistics and periodic customer satisfaction surveys. Escalates problems to the management that may cause missed SLAs.
•Prepares written materials (e.g. reports, budgets, estimates, memos, forms, specifications, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written support and/or conveying information.
•To provide advice, training and guidance to staff and students, as well as to external users in the effective use and operation of the facilities.
•Researches multimedia trends for the purpose of setting goals to meet future district needs.
•Researches specifications for the most appropriate and up-to-date equipment, supplies, and materials for the purpose of maintaining availability of required items and efficiently completing projects in accordance with UAEU standards and objectives.

Key Tasks & Duties:

• Provide guidance on mechanical system standards and design for application across all activities and ZAPIA sites
