&lt;b&gt;Role Summary/Purpose&lt;/b&gt;
This role will be measured on its customer relationship and the ability to produce financial and operating results for the Contractual Service business.  Each Contract Performance Manager (CPM) will be required to work independently to manage long-term service agreements.  CPMs are co-located with their respective customer and be responsible for delivering high quality customer solutions including new products, outage planning, parts &amp; repair delivery via project management tools.

&lt;b&gt;Essential Responsibilities&lt;/b&gt;
The role includes ownership of the customer relationship &amp; ability to meet internal GE objectives. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Interface with ITO and Risk teams for new customer opportunities
* Execute contract obligations to achieve Financial Operating Plan
* Order / track / validate Billing for major/minor maintenance parts and services requested by the customer
* Cost or financial data collection and reconciliation
* Provide information and drive sales regarding the latest advancements in conversion, modification,  &amp; upgrade opportunities to owner  &amp; as well as other up selling opportunities
* Maintain unit operating history  &amp; parts life history on commercially available software
* Maintain record of parts (by model  &amp; serial number) currently installed in each unit
* Develop sales plan for each Customer
* Support customer in forced, unplanned and planned unit outages
* Build strong partnerships within the value chain organization  which will be extremely important to deliver high quality services
* Develop and maintain an understanding of power plant or machine driven industries

&lt;b&gt;Qualifications/Requirements&lt;/b&gt;
Bachelor&apos;s degree from an accredited university/college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years power generation experience and/or industry related experience) 
* Turbine technology experience (minimum of 1 year)
* Demonstrated management experience (minimum of 1 year)

&lt;b&gt;Additional Eligibility Qualifications&lt;/b&gt;


&lt;b&gt;Desired Characteristics&lt;/b&gt;
* Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (GE employees only)
* 7EA Gas Turbine, GE Steam Turbine and BOP knowledge
* Familiarity with long-term parts and services contracts
* Sales experience with direct customer interface
* G/T Field Engineering Program (FEP) or other G/T Technical experience
* Successful P&amp;L experience
* Demonstrated communication &amp; organizational skills
* Proficiency with computer tools
* Strong business / financial skills
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Technically savvy while having strong business acumen and ability to drive overall solutions/rigor to meet customer needs
