Under the supervision of the BM, places order of marketing materials and classroom materials before start of program. 2. Keeps track of marketing materials 3. Ensure proper display of marketing materials in the office (Banners, Brochures, etc…). 4. Coordinates and prepares seminars and conferences 5. Compiles monthly statistics and data entry to the regional office. 6. Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain students and visitors’ records and databases, as appropriate. 7. Conducts competitive analysis with respect to their products. 8. Collect testimonials from previous students. 9. Provides inputs to the marketing budget and plan with respect to his/her product to ensure leads’ generation and market share growth. Business Development Activities 1. Coordinates and support in launching particular projects (If applicable). HR Activities 1. Acts as substitute for other Program Specialists when required. 2.
