•Ensure stock availability at all time & as per the F&B head office requirements
•Carry out stock inventory on daily basis, and cash up concession floats & present reports to management
•Prepare monthly evaluation staff report
•Apply hygiene importance in the concession counter (i.e. Staff uniforms, hair nets, hands etc..)
• Arrange required pretty cash on daily basis
•Prepare the staff schedule on weekly basis, and ensure time sheet attendance is observe
•Always be knowledgeable about our products in the concession
•Assign Jobs on daily/weekly& monthly reports
•Coordinate with Manager and F&B department
•Get to know the suppliers & their deliverables
•Keep proper record of Stock by applying FIFO
•Train staff as per the required Grand Cinema level and standards
•Report maintenance work on equipments
