<summary>Bayt.com | Jobs in Qatar - &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Role &amp;amp; Responsibilities:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Line Manager’s office.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide proactive diary management and co-ordination of meetings and all related arrangements i.e. travel arrangements etc.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Use judgement when scheduling meetings; determining the purpose of the meeting and the time that will be required and ensuring all relevant meeting documents (including agendas, pre-reading, prep, action updates and input from the team) are available prior to the meeting.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Have regular reviews to revisit current priorities to ensure the meeting schedule is optimized.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage the Line Manager email and delegate emails to the team where appropriate ensuring they are tracked to completion.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Raising urgent payment requests when necessary&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;To ensure all actions are logged, tracked and completed in a timely manner&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Managing databases and filing systems&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Liaising with staff, managers and clients&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist in managing/ supervising subsidiary office &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Perform other duties as required.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
