Responsibilities: The qualified person will be based at our Regional locations and will be responsible for the following: 1.Plan reefer schedules to depots according the products requirements of Sales depots. 2.Plan the Heavy Duty Drivers work to deliver the products to depots by reviewing their day offs and trips made. 3.Plan the Light Vehicle Drivers, Bus Drivers work based on work shifts and ordered products, spare parts and new vehicles requirement by depots. 4.Plan to transport breakdown vehicles, reefers from depots to Jeddah workshop if required. 5.Send spare parts to sales depots by allocating a driver and a vehicle. 6.Plan day offs of Drivers 7.Record the trip allowance of drivers 8.Report time sheet with trip allowance, overtime of all drivers to Finance Department. 9.Review and approve diesel expenses of Reefer Drivers on weekly bases. 10.To ensure the cleanliness of Reefers at all times.
