Senior Project Manager Construction at Falcon Hunters International

 Communicate with Client’s representative regularly, regarding Project progress and areas of concern.
 Promptly advise the Client of anything the likely effect of which would be either to vary the Project; or to increase the cost of the Project or change its quality or function; or to increase the time taken to complete the Project and provide advice and recommendations in respect thereto.
 Advise the Client on any potential variation to the Consultants’ and or Contractors’ scope of work that may generate time and cost impact and present his assessment.
 Participate and chair executive meetings with the Client to report and obtain instructions on all the issues that affecting the progress and /or cost.
 Recommend to Client for risk allocation.
 Advise the Client in all issue related with claims avoidance strategies
 Manage, administer, co-ordinate, programme and monitor all activities including the activities of the consultants, contractors, direct procurement suppliers associated with the design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, completion, handing over from the Contractor to the Client.
 Establish and maintain specific project procedures for design and construction management.
 Coordinate the approval of the documentation prepared by the Consultant in relation to the design of the project.
 Lead the Project Management Team in assessing all the administration, technical and financial issues pertaining to the project.
 Develop and recommend to the Client, with the assistance of the other consultants of the Project, strategies for the procurement of equipment, services, materials and the construction of the Project.
 The recommendations to the Client shall include the number and scope of contracts and risk allocation.
 Manage and co-ordinate the parties responsible for the preparation of Tender Documents.
 Review and agree with the Consultants engaged to the project for the necessary documentation for tendering.
 Review and comment on Tender Documents prior to issue by Client to verify that the various parts of the Documents are consistent and in accordance with Client’s requirements relating to cost, quality, procurement strategy and programme and that the scope is compatible with other contract packages.
 Ensure, in case of contract packages, that key dates and completion dates are compatible with those of the Master Schedule.
 Manage and co-ordinate the process of the issuing of Tender Documents strictly in accordance with Client’s Standard Operating Procedures.
 Conduct pre-tender conference with prospective Tenderers.
 Manage and coordinate replies to queries raised by Tenderers during the Tender Period and the preparation of Addenda to the Tender Documents in consultation with the Consultants and the Quantity Surveyor.
 Assist the Client in the commercial and technical evaluation of the Tenders. Attend post tender clarification meetings as required.
