About the job Technical Support Executive (H-392)

People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions.


We are looking for a Technical Support Executive for our Head Office in Lahore.


Job Role and Duties:


  • Respond on user request/queries. Time commitment Knowledge transfer to users.
  • Monitor/Manage user query respectively on daily basis. Double check the all-devices hardware parts running in normal state.
  • Necessarily check and maintenance of network and non-shared devices to evade any discontinuity of user task.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum 2-4 years experience.
  • Bachelor in computer science
  • Troubleshooting
  • Handling of Email server
  • Veeam Backup
  • Configuration
  • Firewalls
  • Cisco SW
  • Networking
