Principal Process Engineer

About the Job

Under the responsibility of the Head of Process Department, and after an initial period of integration, you will be in charge of:

• Support the process design activities in all project phases starting from conceptual design up to the detailed engineering phase 
• Manage external interfaces with the customer, suppliers, subcontractors for all technological related aspects
• Coordinating with the project management, Engineering and construction team for project execution.
• Contribute to the Research & Development activities on the Waste Conversion technologies including techno scouting and research activities with university.
• Support in the preparation of technical proposals.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

• Experience: 10+ year of experience as process engineer in Waste Conversion to Chemicals/Fuels/Energy technologies.
• Knowledge of waste to fuel and chemicals technologies including thermal, chemical and biological treatment.
• Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering 
• Languages: English (Professional)

Main Skills: 

• Knowledge of process design methods and tools, familiar with process simulators software (ASPEN, Hysys, PROII, others).   
• Familiar with managing all aspects of process engineering design: preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, Process Data Sheets, etc.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team
• Good communication skills
