Senior Technical Trainer

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications to work with us at Home Comfort Group Türkiye

• Responsible for preparing, editing and reviewing training contents on HVAC systems for different target groups
• Executing both theoretical and practical training on Bosch Home Comfort product range.
• Preparing and realizing annual, seasonal or on-demand training plans
• Updating and developing knowledge base on products and systems and core competences by joining train the trainer events
• Responsible of training rooms, supplying and preparing training equipment
• Ensuring all training documentation ( participation lists, exams, surveys...) to be archived
• On-field training upon demand from external and internal customers

• Graduated from technical departments of universities (preferably from Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
• Preferably having knowledge on heating, air-conditioning ventilation products and systems
• Advanced English skills (verbal and written)
• Having presenting and organizational skills
• Having good communication and self expression
• Advanced knowledge on MS Office applications
• Eager to learn and explore, collaborative team member
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Driving License (Class B) and ability to travel
• Located or willing to move to İzmir or Manisa
