Role Purpose: Work closely with the global IT Security Compliance Manager to ensure that business meets security and compliance requirements. Work with Global Office IT Domains for Objective evidence collection and Security Compliance Gap Closure.
Essential: ISO 27001-Lead Implementer Lead Auditor. certified or experience of implementing ISO 27001 framework. Experience with SOX testing and IT General Controls ITGC framework. Information Systems Security Professional- CISSP professional. Cloud Security certification.IT Risk assessment, risk management experience
Primary Skill: Security and Compliance SME. IT Auditor Internal or External. ISO 27001 Lead implementer Lead Auditor certified or experience of implementing ISO 27001 framework. Experience with SOX testing and IT General Controls ITGC framework. Preferably Certified Information Systems Auditor CISA and Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISSP professional. Cloud Security certification.IT Risk assessment, risk management experience. Working experience of Data Privacy and Data Security frameworks and controls-encryption, GDPR, PKI etc. preferable. Working experience of Cyber Security -Anti-virus, Patching, Vulnerability Management etc. preferable.
Knowledge and experience: Good knowledge of IT Services-network, server services, Microsoft Products. Working experience of Data Privacy and Data Security frameworks and controls encryption, GDPR, PKI etc would be preferable. Working experience of Cyber Security Anti-virus, Patching, Vulnerability Management etc. would be preferable. University degree or comparable qualification with proven ability for abstract thinking and sound methodological approaches. Minimum of 10 years relevant business experience. Security Certifications ISO 27001 Internal Auditor or Lead Implementer or comparable certifications would be preferable.

* Assists and advises the technical teams on the Cyber security platforms across their full lifecycle;
* Contributes to the transformation of the Cyber Security capability, ongoing maintenance and any related security projects to make sure controls are effective;
* Uses best practice knowledge to detect, identify and respond to cyber events, threats, security risks and vulnerabilities with an effective management of response plan across the security platform lifecycle;
* Understands transformation needs and supports to transform global security infrastructure management and deliver a consistent operating model that reduces security risk to Vodafone;
* Drives the delivery of cyber security improvements and projects in the market to make sure controls are effective and aligned to future security capability strategies and with strategic partners/vendors;
* Demonstrates solid communication skills to co-create, promote and enable Cyber Defence best practices across the market/s;
* Works effectively with colleagues across Technology and in Corporate Security, Audit and Risk;
* May provide guidance to junior staff.
