Computer Repair Technician

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team. As a Computer Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on a range of computer systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer repair, with experience of desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals. Additionally, knowledge of operating systems, hardware components, and software applications is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, performing repairs or replacements of faulty components, and ensuring systems are functioning optimally and securely.

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems.
• Install and configure software applications on customer systems.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Document repairs and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintain an organized inventory of replacement parts and equipment.
