Mid-senior Site Reliablity Engineer Ref. 005357

Tasks :

• Deploy resilient and scalable payment processing systems. Implement best practices for fault tolerance, load balancing, and disaster recovery to ensure high availability and reliability
• Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect anomalies, performance degradation, and security threats in payment systems. Continuously monitor system health metrics and respond to incidents in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on payment operations
• Lead incident response efforts during disruptions, coordinate with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, implement remediation measures in order to restore service 
• Collaborate with software engineers and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive improvements in payment systems
• Communicate effectively to share insights, updates, and recommendations with the team

Requirements :

• Degree in Software Engineering (Bachelor's / Master’s degree), up to 5 years experience
• Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, protocols, and standards (ISO8583, EMV…)
• Understanding of principles relevant to payment systems and compliance requirements (PCI DSS)
• Competencies suitable in: Oracle PL/SQL, SQL SERVER, Unix, Windows, and Programming language: C#, .NET, and C
• Fluent English is a must
• Fluent French is preferable
• Autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic
• Team-worker within cross-cultural environments
• Problem-solving skills
• The ability to work under pressure
