Generating Reservation Forms and Sales Purchase Agreements

Verifying customers' personal information in Reservation Form and SPA

Maintaining and updating sales and customer records in excel and crm

Following up on rejection list with sales team

Updating payment plan in case there is a discount.

Professional in using Zoho System

Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks

Documentation and Record-Keeping

Preparing Transmittal Forms

Assist in drafting and proofreading documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity - other tasks as assigned by the Managers.


Requirements:

Nationality: Filipino

Must be fluent in English

Must be presentable as the selected candidate will be communicating directly with the clients

Real Estate experience is preferred
