Real Estate Company Wants to Hire a Property Manager to Operate in Britain, US, Germany & Canada.
The Candidate Must Fulfill The Following Conditions:
1. He must be currently working as a top senior executive and real estate manager in one of the international and local real estate brokerage corporations engaged in selling, buying and leasing properties in Britain, USA, Germany & Canada, or he is currently for one of the top prestigious families in the world owning very large amounts of properties and engaged in selling, buying and leasing properties.
He must have at minimum 10 years of experience in selling, buying and leasing all types of vacant and leased properties. Candidate must able to document his works.
2. He must have minimum 10 years of experience in dealing with: large and small (global and local) real estate brokerage offices, (global and local) banks, (global and local) real estate development companies, of eminent personalities and ordinary people operating as registered real estate brokers, different (global and local) real estate portfolios and funds, real estate shareholding companies, families and businessmen owning large numbers of properties in US, Europe and the world and big (global and local) accounting companies and law firms and different governments all over the world
3. He must be Fluent in Arabic and English languages (writing, reading and speaking).
4. The candidate will be allowed to set his own salary & commission if he fulfill the above criteria.
