Facilities Executive



Job Description



Job Summary:
The Facilities Executive will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of all building systems and managing the maintenance and repair of facilities within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement facility maintenance procedures and protocols.
2. Coordinate and oversee all repairs and maintenance activities.
3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facilities are in compliance with safety and health regulations.
4. Manage vendor relationships for facility maintenance services.
5. Plan and manage facility budgets and expenses.
6. Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives.
7. Coordinate moves, space planning, and renovations within the facilities.
8. Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained for all occupants.
9. Address any facility-related emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in facility management.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience working in a facilities management role.
3. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
8. Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
9. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Certification in facility management is a plus.
