Job Summary:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the products and services of the company. You will work closely with the sales and advertising teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
3. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
4. Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and channels.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think creatively and strategically.
