Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the Food & Beverage operations, who will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, optimizing workflow, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and minimizing waste.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Analyze sales and financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to develop innovative menus and beverage programs.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
