Receptionist (AY 24-25)

To greet visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.

The role involves both written and oral communication, organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the Registration & Admission process.
• Deal professionally with all inquiries originating from phone calls or visitors.
• Follow up on inquiries from Open Days and School tours.
• Keep up to date with all ISCS' procedures and events.
• Perform typing and clerical tasks.
• Book and arrange entrance exam appointments.
• Any additional tasks/project assigned by the School or BEAM management.
