Your day to day:
As a
Restaurants Manager you will manage the effective operation of the hotel restaurants to ensure service quality and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience; responsible for maximizing all revenue opportunities and achieving business objectives.
What we need from you:
Minimum of 2 years’ strong skill base and experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel Bachelor's degree holder / higher education qualification / equivalent in hotel management or related field Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills High level of passion, enthusiasm and drive for results Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude Highly organized and focused Experience in the Middle East a plus
