A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different , but you’ll mostly be:
Ensure that every guest is satisfied and that the quality of the guest experience is high. In the absence of a manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in logbook for further follow up Supervise cash handling and banking procedures Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports Establish and instruct colleagues in cash security procedures Deal with irregular payments Supervise the maintenance of service equipment Monitor standards of guest facilities and services Control stock and monitor security procedures Supervise functions Supervise outlet service Make sure all team members are trained and follow our standards and SOPs. Upsell whenever possible when taking the order.
What we need from you
One year in a Food and Beverage Supervisory position ideally in a 5 star hotel Diploma in Hospitality Management Great communication skills Highly organized and autonomous, you are acknowledged for your guest service orientation, your reactivity and your capacity to anticipate guests’ needs. Ability to work in a team and in different functions Warm and inviting personality Ability to think calmly under pressure Knowledge of Micros and good computer skills are a plus.
