Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company (under formation) was granted the Royal Decree approving its formation in June 2011. Saudi Enaya will be a Tadawul-listed company with a paid up capital of SAR 400 million. The CMA Board has issued its resolution number 4-34-2011 on 24/12/1432 (20/11/2011) approving its Initial Public Offering of 16,000,000 shares, which represent 40% of the company. The subscription period will be from 24/1/1433 (19/12/2011) to 30/1/1433 (25/12/2011). Saudi Enaya will be a healthcare specialist, offering Private Medical Insurance and aiming to provide affordable quality solutions to manage group and individual health risks.
