    Brother International ( Gulf) FZE , based in Jebel Ali Free Zone , Dubai is the supply hub for the Middle East , Africa, Turkey , and provides sales, marketing & technical support to end users through a network of Authorized Distributors in these countries.

    الوظائف

    Achieve sales revenue target in assigned territory for given products - Printers, MFP, Scanners & Home Sewing Machines. Manage existing distributors & appoint new distributors. Manage Advertising & Promotion in coordination with distributors. Meet & maintain communication with key channel & corporate customers in assigned territory. Provide product / sales training to distributors sales team. Conduct & manage dealer / corporate seminars. Payment collection from distributors Coordinate between sales, planning & service divisions to provide required information to distributors. Prepare internal monthly reports & presentations for monthly & quarterly review. Involves moderate travel across ME & Africa region.

    Department : Technical Support – Call Centre ·         Reporting to Technical Support Manager / Technical Support Executive/Supervisor ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ·      Answer phones professionally ·      Respond to customer inquiries ·      Research required information using available resources ·      Handle and resolve customer complaints ·      Identify and escalate priority issues ·      Follow up customer calls where necessary ·      Complete call logs ·      Complete call reports ·      Send electronic communication in support to inquiring clients Key Competencies and Requirements BILINGUAL ·      English / ARABIC SPEAKING . Excellent command of spoken language - accent / tone / delivery / telephone etiquette etc. . Must have a good telephone voice. ·      Verbal and written communication skills ·      Listening skills ·      Problem analysis and solving ·      Customer service orientation ·      Attention to details ·      Initiative ·      Judgement ·      Teamwork ·      Stress tolerance ·      Proficient in relevant computer applications ·      Knowledge of customer service principles and practices ·      Good typing skills 40 words/min ·      Relevant product knowledge
