Because of our focus on customer satisfaction, we have helped our UAE clients successfully deliver projects including turning around troubled projects. For example, CDG was instrumental in turning around the troubled Palm Jumeirah project in Dubai. In late 2005, CDG was awarded a contract by Nakheel’s Head of Contracts and Procurement to manage schedule recovery and control runaway costs. We were also awarded a contract to turn around the Movenpick Oceana Resort which is also significantly behind schedule and over budget. Also as a result of our performance on Palm Jumeirah, CDG was awarded the contract for project management services on Palm Deira Phase I which includes infrastructure and nine high-rise residential towers. Other clients include Mohebi Group, Darvesh Group (partnered with Ivana Trump to build five towers at Dubai Waterfront), Al Shafar Group, and National Properties, to name a few.
